These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fitnesscoachnasreen.com (the "Site") and any coaching services, strategy calls, programs, or content offered by NY Health Care, operating as a hormonal fat loss coach ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
NY Health Care, registered at No.40, 2nd Floor, Hari Om Abyinayam Apartment, Pachayyapan Nagar, Nolambur, Mogappair West, Chennai 600037, India, provides women's hormonal health and fat-loss coaching services, including the B.A.L.A.N.C.E.™ Method program, delivered primarily through 1:1 coaching, strategy calls, and WhatsApp-based support.
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By booking a call or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any health information you share with us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Your hormonal fat loss coach is a fitness and hormonal-health coach, not a licensed physician, endocrinologist, dietitian, or medical professional, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Nothing on this Site or provided during a strategy call or coaching program constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have PCOS, PCOD, thyroid conditions, prediabetes, or any other medical condition, or are taking prescribed medication, you must consult your doctor before starting any new nutrition, exercise, or lifestyle program, including ours. Do not stop, reduce, or alter any prescribed medication based on information received through our coaching without your doctor's approval.
While we reference client results and typical outcomes (such as weight loss ranges or timelines) on this Site, individual results vary based on factors including starting health status, adherence, medical history, and circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee specific weight-loss amounts, symptom resolution, or timelines within any fixed period. Where we use the word "guaranteed" in our marketing, this refers specifically to our commitment described in Section 7 below: if you do not achieve your desired results within 90 days, we will continue coaching you at no additional cost until you do, provided you have followed the program as instructed. This is a continued-support commitment, not a cash refund.
Strategy calls booked through this Site are complimentary consultations to assess fit between your needs and our coaching programs. Booking a call does not obligate you to purchase any program, and attending a call does not guarantee acceptance into a program, as we may determine a program is not suitable for your circumstances.
Program pricing is discussed and confirmed on your strategy call. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card details on our own systems. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing and payment schedule confirmed with you at the time of purchase.
All program fees are non-refundable. If you do not achieve your desired results within the initial 90-day period, we will continue working with you at no additional cost until you achieve those results, provided you have followed the program as instructed, attended scheduled check-ins, and communicated openly about your progress. This commitment does not apply if you discontinue participation, stop responding to coaching check-ins, or fail to follow the guidance provided. Strategy calls may be rescheduled by contacting us in advance; no-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of that slot.
By enrolling in a program or providing your phone number, you consent to receive coaching-related messages, including daily accountability check-ins, via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms. You may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying us at mail.nasriencoach@gmail.com.
The B.A.L.A.N.C.E.™ Method name, framework, all program materials, website content, images, and branding are the property of NY Health Care and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative coaching programs without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NY Health Care and its coaches are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in coaching services, including any injury, health complication, or dissatisfaction with results, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Testimonials, transformation photos, and case studies shown on this Site reflect real client experiences and are published with the express consent of each client featured, but individual results are not a guarantee of what you will personally experience.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
